HGCT and Purple Dog has teamed up to offer first aid training courses run by Purple Dog in The Zone’s training room.
The first aid courses vary from Mental Health, Emergency Sporting First Aid, Canine, Childhood illnesses and injuries.

3 Hour Awareness in Mental Health First Aid Course
Covering:
• What is First Aid for Mental Health
• Identifying behaviours that can be linked to a number of mental health conditions including stress, anxiety, depression, psychosis, eating disorders, suicide and self harm
• Providing advice and starting a safe conversation
