All ages and abilities are welcome, starting with the basics of cheer, dance, pom, stunts and tumbling, working your way up to advanced techniques such as stunts and gymnastics. Cheerleading can be an incredibly challenging sport requiring strength, team work, co-ordination and focus. In addition, jumping and stunting builds both your core and upper body strength. The sport can also provide excellent opportunities to improve physical fitness, trust, self-confidence and interaction with other squad members.
We also provide the opportunity for participants to work towards being a part of elite cheerleading squads and compete nationally to bring home trophies in Cheerleading, Partner Stunt and Group Stunt.
