Proud Head Coach Robyn Evans said, “As always I am proud of the team that travelled up to Newcastle at the weekend. The first competition of the season is always a test after having a long period of time off. However, I am proud to have a team that give me everything they have each and every competition we attend. We know we have areas to improve on, but we know we can do this in training as we approach our next competitive competition in March. As always, I’d also like to say a huge thank you to all the parents who came to support and travelled up to Newcastle, we couldn’t do it without you.”
The next competition for the Giants Competitive Cheerleaders is the Future Cheer Circus Spectacular in Sheffield at the Sheffield Institution of Sport on 2nd and 3rd March. You can also catch the team in Huddersfield Town centre on Sunday 10th March as they perform for St Patrick’s Day Parade.
