Inclusive Cheerleading will return to The Zone from 11-12.30pm tomorrow!
The sessions are open to adults over the age of 18 and offer the chance to participate in a variety of cheerleading activities in a safe and fun environment. Last week over 20 individuals attended the launch and participated in various cheer and dance activities.
Inclusive Cheerleading sessions are suitable for adults (18+) and cater for individuals of all abilities. The programme is available for able bodied individuals and those with a learning difficulty or physical disability.
