Huddersfield Giants Community Trust launch Junior Rugby Camp at community hub, The Zone.
The Trust announces expansion of the current school holiday provisions with the addition of a Junior Rugby League Camp in the Easter holiday, offering primary aged children the chance to take part in a fun and engaging specific rugby activity.
Delivered by Huddersfield Giants Community Trust coaches, the camp will provide children aged 5–10 years old with the opportunity to develop new skills, stay active and enjoy rugby league in a safe, inclusive and enjoyable environment.
Players will take part in a variety of skill-based activities, games and challenges, designed to help children improve their fundamentals skills while having fun and making new friends. Activities will include skill sessions, small sided games and teamwork exercises suitable for all abilities.
Whether children are completely new to rugby or already play regularly, the junior camp offers something for everyone, helping young players build confidence and develop their skills in a supportive setting.
Places for the camp are limited, please book early to avoid disappointment.
