Huddersfield Giants Community Trust brings back adult sporting activities to The Zone after the enforced Coronavirus pandemic.
From September will see the return of the ever so popular Senior Touch Rugby and Walking Football sessions that are highly rated and previously well attended.
The sessions will begin the week commencing 6th September, continuing every week, giving the opportunity for adults to engage and enjoy light exercise and fun.
On the return of adult activity, Head of Sport, Dan Wilczynski commented: “We are delighted to announce the return of Walking Football and Senior Touch Rugby back to The Zone. It has been at the forefront of our minds to re-introduce the successful and highly engaging sessions as early as possible. We have carefully made the decision to re start from September to allow time for everyone to feel comfortable in the surroundings after the lockdowns. We can’t wait to see everyone very soon!”
Walking Football will return on Tuesday 7th September at 10:45, with Senior Touch Rugby on Friday 10th September at 10:45.
The location of the sessions are at our home, The Zone, St Andrews Road, Huddersfield, HD1 6PT. A safe and controlled environment, where measures are in place to protect all users and staff.
