Huddersfield Community Trust are pleased to announce that our Charity Race Evening held on Saturday 18th November sponsored by Game Huddersfield was a huge success.
The event was held at The John Smith’s Stadium and saw over 110 people in attendance. In total £2360 was raised which will support our fundraising target for the Multi-Sensory Zone.
Huddersfield Giants players Alex Mellor, Michael Lawrence, Leroy Cudjoe and Colton Roche were all in attendance. Guests were able to interact with players whilst trying their luck in the raffle with a range of prizes on offer.
Lisa Hewitt Chief Executive of Huddersfield Community Trust commented, “ I am delighted with the total raised, it was fantastic to see so many people supporting our cause for a new Multi-Sensory Zone. I would like to thank all our sponsors of the evening and I am pleased to announce planning is now underway for next year’s Race Evening”.
