Giants Colour Run set to bring a splash of colour to Huddersfield this August
Families, friends and supporters are being invited to get covered in colour this summer as the first Giants Colour Run takes place in Huddersfield on Saturday 16 August at Laund Hill Sports Complex.
The fun-filled fundraising event promises an afternoon of colour, community spirit and entertainment while raising valuable funds for Huddersfield Giants Community Trust. Open to participants of all ages and abilities, the event aims to bring the community together for a vibrant and memorable day out.
Inspired by the growing popularity of family-friendly colour runs, participants will make their way around a specially designed route at Laund Hill Sports Complex, passing through a series of colour stations where they will be showered with bright powder paint.
We are encouraging rugby league supporters, schools, community groups and businesses to take part and help make the event one of the highlights of the summer.
Beyond the colourful course itself, visitors can enjoy music, entertainment, family activities and refreshments, creating a festival atmosphere that offers much more than simply crossing the finish line.
All registered participants will receive a white branded event T-shirt, allowing the colourful powder effects to stand out, while photographers capture memorable moments throughout the day.
The Giants Colour Run aims to create a festival atmosphere while raising valuable funds and awareness through community participation.
