Staff at Huddersfield Community Trust are limbering up to take part in the Great North Run on September 11 to raise funds for the charity, based at The Zone in Huddersfield.
Roger Darwin and Sally Robshaw will be taking on the challenge to not only raise funds to help buy a new minibus for Huddersfield Community Trust but money will also be donated to Kidney Research UK – a charity close to them after CEO, Lisa Hewitt, underwent a kidney transplant.
Local businesses are already showing their support for this worthy cause with Fiat Pentagon, a car dealership in Huddersfield, sponsoring the running tops as well as providing branding for the charity’s new minibus.
