Lepton CE School has become the latest in a succession of schools to benefit from being a Huddersfield Giants Partner School for the 2018/19 academic year.
The Partner School program will see a dedicated Huddersfield Giants Partner Schools Officer regularly delivering PE, health and education sessions within the school in both curriculum and enrichment time throughout the academic year. This sustained delivery period will enable Huddersfield Giants Community Trust, the charitable arm of Huddersfield Giants to make a positive impact upon the health, wellbeing and education of the schools’ pupils.
Huddersfield Giants Community Trust’s Sports Development Manager Dan Wilczynski commented on the partnership: “It’s fantastic news that Lepton CE have managed to see the great work which we deliver all over the community and notice the benefits that we can offer to shape a brighter and healthier future for our young students.”
