RJN Decorating pledges continued support to Giants Community Trust as Gold Friend of the Trust member

Giants Community Trust is delighted to announce the continued support of RJN Decorating, who have strengthened their commitment to the charity by becoming a Gold Friend of the Trust member.

RJN Decorating has been a valued supporter of the Trust for a number of years, helping to fund programmes and events that enable the charity to make a positive impact across the local community. Their latest pledge reinforces a long-standing partnership built on a shared commitment to improving opportunities and outcomes for people across Kirklees.

Through their ongoing support, the local commercial decorators have played a key role in helping the Trust expand it’s reach and impact, most notably becoming the main sponsor of the hugely successful first ever Giants Colour Run 2026 at Laund Hill. One of the Trust’s flagship fundraising events. Their sponsorship helped ensure the event was an enjoyable and memorable occasion for participants while raising vital funds to support community programmes.

In addition to supporting the Colour Run, RJN Decorating has also demonstrated it’s commitment to local families and individuals through it’s support of the Trust’s Sensory Zone. Through the ‘KINDNESS FOR CLAY’ initiative, established in memory of baby Clay, the company purchased vouchers that help provide access to this valuable facility.

The Sensory Zone is a multi-use space within the Trust’s community hub, The Zone, designed to support people of all ages through an immersive, safe and controlled environment. It offers opportunities to learn, explore and engage in a setting tailored to meet individual needs. You can learn more about the Sensory Zone HERE.

Speaking about the partnership, Lisa Darwin Chief Executive for Giants Community Trust said:

“We are incredibly grateful for the continued support shown by Dave Neville and RJN Decorating over a number of years. Their commitment goes far beyond financial support; they genuinely understand the importance of investing in opportunities that improve lives across our communities. Their commitment of the Giants Colour Run and support for our Sensory Zone have made a real difference, and we are thrilled to welcome them as a Gold Friend of the Trust member.”

As the Trust continues to grow and develop it’s community offer and partnerships, businesses such as RJN Decorating are vital in helping support the work we do in the community.
