I just wanted to take a moment to express my thanks for the service Locala has received from you and your team at the Zone.
The Preparing for Parenthood facilitators have told me that the first session there went really well, and that you and the team were so helpful, showing them where to go and helping with chairs and other details, that are really important for the smooth running of the course. The venue seems to be perfect for us and hopefully, it can be a mutually beneficial agreement.
They told me that everyone was really friendly and wanted to be helpful. This is so refreshing and great for us. I also found you to be extremely willing to help us, by showing me around and thinking about how we could get around any problems. Nothing has seemed like too much trouble for you.
One of the facilitators also has come to work in the Zone for another purpose – (1 year old assessments and baby café) and tells me that, whenever they run anything at the Zone, it is the same, that the staff are always helpful and accommodating.
