Huddersfield Giants Community Trust and The Zone are delighted to launch the Toy & Gift Appeal for a second year, helping to bring festive joy to children, young people and adults across our local community this Christmas.
The festive season is a time for giving, but for many individuals and families it can also be one of the most challenging times of the year. Through this appeal, we are asking for your support to help provide gifts to those who may otherwise go without this Christmas.
Across our community, there are many people who may not experience the excitement and happiness that the festive season can bring. Huddersfield Giants players and staff will play an active role in the appeal, including the distribution of gifts, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to the local community. As prominent role models, their involvement helps shine a light on the importance of supporting those who may be facing challenges this Christmas.
Donations should be new and unwrapped and can be suitable for all ages, from toys and games for children to gift sets and practical gifts for young people and adults.
Items can be dropped off seven days a week at our community hub, The Zone, St Andrews Road, Huddersfield, HD1 6PT. Alternatively, you can make a monetary donation, allowing us to purchase gifts on your behalf.
